​Terms and Conditions

(for All Packages & Promotions Offered)

  • Full payment required (non-refundable).

  • Vouchers/packages bought can be transferable (Inform Eagle Reservations 1 week prior to check-in date) upon resort confirmation.

  • A surcharge of RM50 will be added to the total billing if your selected stay period falls on an eve of a public holiday (1 day before the gazetted Public Holiday) or on the date of the public holiday only. 

  • Room nights purchased can be split or fully utilized at the same time “subject to availability”.

  • The resort will not be responsible for lost or stolen voucher(s) or voucher(s) reference numbers.

  • Printed voucher(s) must be presented for redemption. Duplicate use, sale, or trade of a voucher(s) is prohibited.

  • Flexible Reservations
    - customers are able to change the reservation 72hrs prior to the check-in date. (No Limits on the date change)

​Reservation Policy

  • A security deposit of RM100 per room will be collected upon checking in and will be refunded upon checking out.
    ( Maximum of RM300 )

  • Tourism Tax charges are RM10 per room per night. (for non-Malaysian citizenship)

Cancellation Policy​

  • Any cancellations after making a booking are not refundable.

General Terms

  • Your contract is with Trakson Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd. Usage of this website is on condition that you accept without variation. The terms and conditions set out herein which Eagle Ranch Resort Port Dickson may vary from time to time at its sole discretion with/without notice to you and you acknowledge that the usage of this website constitutes your agreement to all the terms and conditions in force for the time being as set out herein.

  • In the Terms & Conditions: "we" or "us" or "Hotel" means Eagle Ranch Resort Port Dickson (including, where appropriate, our employees, agents, and suppliers and all relevant insurers); "you" or "guests" means any and all person(s) for whom a hotel room is booked.

  • The following terms and conditions create a legally binding agreement between you and Eagle Ranch Resort Port Dickson.

Black Friday Bliss Terms & Conditions

  • Any cancellations after making a booking are not refundable.

  • This promotion is valid only for bookings made between 24 Disember 2023 until 31 Jan 2024.

  • The discount applies to room rates only and does not include additional fees or services unless explicitly stated.

  • Eagle Ranch Resort reserves the right to modify or cancel the booking at any time without prior notice.

  • The promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.

Promotion Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions and offers offered by Eagle Ranch Resort Port Dickson. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, please ensure that you familiarize yourself with the specific conditions applicable to any promotion offered to you.

  1. Promotions are only valid for the period as specified and it shall vary as per the department.

  2. Coupons are only valid at the respective Hotel, as specified in the coupons.

  3. Irregularities between the date, room type and the issuer will invalidate any coupons.

  4. Eagle Ranch Resort Port Dickson or its promotional partners shall reserve their absolute rights to hold on the coupon without any reason or/and may cancel the coupon without notice immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation under the following circumstances (but not limited to) where:-

    1. the payment for this coupon is fraudulent (i.e. using a fraudulent credit card), the credit card by which you paid for this coupon has been reported lost or stolen; the booking is counterfeit or fraudulently obtained;

    2. the booking of our Hotel Room(s) has been done fraudulently or unlawfully or has been purchased from a party not authorized by us;

    3. the coupon has been altered by anyone other than us or our promotional partners or has been tampered with or defaced (in which case we reserve the rights to retain such coupon).

  5. Promotion items and prices are subject to changes without notices.

  6. No cash-ins i.e. exchange of cash by Eagle Ranch Resort Port Dickson or its promotional partners will be allowed under any circumstances, nor will any promotional offers be honoured or be entertained by Eagle Ranch Resort Port Dickson.

  7. Eagle Ranch Resort Port Dickson and its promotional partners will be the sole judge in respect of honouring any promotional offer. Eagle Ranch Resort Port Dickson and its promotional partners reserve the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to discontinue or cancel any promotional offer at any time for any reason whatsoever and without any prior notice. Any person who in the sole opinion of Eagle Ranch Resort Port Dickson and its promotional partners deviates from a promotion's rules or from the Eagle Ranch Resort Port Dickson's Terms & Conditions may be disqualified without notice and without liability on the part of Eagle Ranch Resort Port Dickson and its promotional partners.

  8. Eagle Ranch Resort Port Dickson and its promotional partners, its proprietors and agencies and their families are not eligible to enter any promotion offered by Eagle Ranch Resort Port Dickson.

  9. Each promotional rule shall be severable from each of the other rules, and if any rule is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in full force and effect.

  10. Promotions are not applicable on a public holiday, the eve of a public holiday, Eagle Ranch Resort Port Dickson reserve the right to make changes to the application of certain promotions by Eagle Ranch Resort Port Dickson.
